This includes software-related support such as system checkups, diagnostics, cleanup, optimization, software installation, and basic troubleshooting. Our goal is to ensure your device runs smoothly for as long as possible. However, please note that physical part replacement is not included in this lifetime service. This means that any hardware components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, hinges, or other physical parts that need repair or replacement will incur additional charges based on current market rates and availability. Additionally, hardware upgrades, damage due to accidents or misuse, and services for products not purchased from OLP are also not covered under the free service policy. Customers are requested to retain their proof of purchase or invoice to claim service benefits. Services will be offered either through our in-store team or authorized service partners depending on the issue and location.
